Allison Markow @foodieheart Something about #tsa has got to change. It’s way too unpleasant and demeaning. It makes me angry and not proud to be an American.
— yet nothing has changed. The TSA still abuses people, and people still fly. So I guess things haven’t gotten bad enough yet. As Frederick Douglass said, as I’ve quoted so many times (and which is permanently displayed on this blog):
“Find out just what the people will submit to and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”
